Ingrédients pour 4 personnes avec cookeo
280 g de mélange riz basmati 3 lentilles
400 ml d’eau
1 petite boite de tomates pelées
Sel
Poivre
Préparation cookeo
Déposez le mélange riz lentilles dans la cuve
Versez la boite de tomates pelées
Versez les 400 ml d’eau
Salez et poivrez
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de riz divisé par 2
Quand la cuisson est terminée ,mélangez et servez chaud

Faite cuire le riz selon les indication du paquet de riz.
Egouttez le riz quand il est cuit .
Redéposez le riz dans une casserole puis ajoutez les tomates pelées. Mélangez.
Salez et poivrez
Servez chaud
