Saint Jacques poireaux recette cookeo

280 CALORIES 7 PP 7 SP

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

12 noix de Saint Jacques

800 g de poireaux

50 g de beurre

2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche

2 cuillères à soupe de persil

1 gousse d’ail

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

Préparation

Lavez les poireaux et coupez-les en rondelles

Rincez les Saint Jacques sous l’eau. Essuyez les Saint Jacques

Hachez le persil et l’ail séparément.

Mode dorer

Versez l’huile d’olive dans la cuve. Quand l’huile est chaude déposez les poireaux dans la cuve. Faites dorer pendant 2 à 3 mn.

Versez 200 ml d’eau dans la cuve.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 6 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée réservez les poireaux. Rincez votre cuve et essuyer là.

Repassez en mode dorer et ajoutez les 50 g de beurre. Faites revenir les Saint Jacques 2 mn sur chaque face.

Ajoutez la crème fraîche et l’ail avec les poireaux.

Déposez les poireaux dans des assiettes. Déposez les Saint Jacques sur le lit de poireaux. Saupoudrez de persil haché.
