Salade courgettes feta cookeo weight watchers

Voici une recette cookeo inspirée du livre « Robot cuiseur super facile weight watchers »

210 CALORIES 6 PP 7 SP

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

600 g de courgettes

1 oignon

4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

1 citron

120 g de feta

Menthe

Sel

Poivre

200 ml d’eau

Préparation

Coupez les courgettes en morceaux

Epluchez et coupez l’oignon en morceaux

Pressez le citron ,placez le dans un bol et ajoutez 3 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

Coupez la feta en morceaux

Lavez la menthe et ciselez la menthe

Déposez les morceaux de courgettes dans la cuve

Versez 200 ml d’eau

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 5 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez la cuve et réservez les courgettes

Rincez et essuyez la cuve

Passez en mode dorer

Versez une cuillère à soupe l’huile d’olive dans la cuve ,quand l’huile est chaude faites dorer les oignons.

Ajoutez au bout de 2 mn ajoutez les courgettes et faites revenir 5 mn .

Arrêtez votre cookeo .

Déposez les oignons et les courgettes dans un saladier .

Versez le jus de citron et l’huile d’olive dans le saladier .

Faites refroidir le saladier au frigo pendant une bonne heure

Sortez le saladier du frigo ajoutez la feta coupez en cube. Parsemez de menthe ciselée
