Sauce blanche weight watchers cookeo
Voici une adaptation d’une recette Weight Watchers de sauce blanche pour notre cookeo.
1 PP 1SP 21 CALORIES
Ingrédients pour 500 ml de sauce (2 personnes)
500 ml d’eau
1 cube de bouillon de légumes
2 cuillères à soupe de lait écrémé en poudre
1 cuillère à soupe de maïzena
1 cuillère à café de muscade moulue
Préparation
Délayez dans un bol la maïzena avec de l’eau.
Mode dorer
Mélangez dans la cuve le lait en poudre avec les 500 ml d’eau.
Ajoutez la maïzena délayée.
Restez en mode dorer jusqu’à épaississement de la sauce.
Arrêtez le mode dorer puis salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Ajoutez la muscade en poudre
Vous pouvez aussi ajoutez du curry
