Saumon à la plancha

Ingrédients pour 2 personnes

300 g de filet saumon

Quelques brins d’aneth

3 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

30 ml de jus de citron

Sel

Poivre

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

600 g de filet saumon

Quelques brins d’aneth

6 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

60 ml de jus de citron

Sel

Poivre

Préparation du saumon

Dans un récipient versez l’huile d’olive, le jus de citron.

Ajoutez l’aneth.

Salez et poivrez

Coupez les filets en morceaux

Versez la marinade sur les morceaux de saumon

Placez le saumon et la marinade au frigo pendant 1 h au minimum.

Faites chauffer votre plancha puis huilez la

Quand l’huile est chaude faites cuire les morceaux de saumon.

Servez chaud avec un légume de votre choix.
