Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
240 g de spaghettis
75 g de dés de jambon
200 g de crème fraîche allégée
1 jaune d’ œuf
20 g de parmesan

Eau
Préparation
Coupez les spaghettis en deux et déposez-les dans la cuve du cookeo. Versez de l’eau afin de recouvrir les spaghettis
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmer le temps indiqué sur le paquet de spaghettis / 2
Pendant la cuisson des spaghettis, dans un saladier mélangez la crème fraîche et le jaune d’ œuf
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance
Quand la cuisson est terminée mélangez les spaghettis avec la préparation crème fraîche œuf
Ajoutez les dés de jambon et le parmesan servez chaud
