Spaghettis tomates moules recette cookeo
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
300 g de spaghettis
500 g de moules décortiquées surgelées
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile
1 petite boite de tomates pelées
1 cuillère à café de moutarde
2 cuillères à café de concentré de tomates
100 ml de vin blanc
4 gousses d’ail
Sel
Poivre
500 ml d’eau
Curry
1 cube de bouillon de boeuf
Préparation
Préparez un bouillon avec 100 ml de vin blanc ,500 ml d’eau et un cube de bouillon de boeuf émietté
Faites tremper les spaghettis dans de l’eau pour les ramollir
Coupez l’ail en morceaux
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve, quand l’huile est chaude faites revenir les morceaux d’ail
Ajoutez les moules.
Ajoutez les spaghettis et les tomates pelées
Versez le bouillon préparé (l’eau doit recouvrir les spaghettis)
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Cuisson rapide ou cuisson sous pression
Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de spaghettis divisé par 2
Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez la moutarde et le concentré de tomates ,mélangez
