Steaks hachés pommes de terre aubergine plancha
Ingrédients pour 2 personnes
3 steaks hachés
1 aubergine
500 g de pommes de terre
3 gousses d’ail
Quelques feuilles de persil
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
Huile pour la plancha
Sel
Poivre
Curry éventuellement
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
4 à 6 steaks hachés
2 aubergines
6 gousses d’ail
800 g à 1kg de pommes de terre
Quelques feuilles de persil
4 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
Huile pour la plancha
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Coupez l’aubergine et les pommes de terre en morceaux en morceaux et faites-les cuire au robot cuiseur ou dans un faitout.
Lavez le persil.
Passez le persil et les gousses d’ail au hachoir. Ajoutez les cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive et mélangez.
Huilez et faites chauffer votre plancha.
Quand la plancha est chaude faites cuire les morceaux les morceaux d’aubergines et de pommes de terre.
Ajoutez le mélange ail /persil
Au bout de 5 mn de cuisson ajoutez les steaks sur la plancha
En fonction de la cuisson souhaitez :
- Saignant 1 mn sur chaque face
- A point 2 mn
- Cuit 3 mn
