Taboulé pour cet été au cookeo

130 CALORIES 3 PP 3 SP

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

250 g de semoule

400 g de  tomates

La moitié d’un poivron rouge

La moitié d’un poivron vert

300 g de concombre

30 ml de jus de citron

2 échalotes

Persil

250 ml d’eau

50 ml de vin blanc

Sel

Poivre

Préparation

Lavez et coupez les tomates            

Coupez le concombre en rondelles

Passez les poivrons sous l’eau puis épépinez les et coupez-les en morceaux

Epluchez et coupez l’échalote.

Déposez la semoule dans un saladier.

Lavez et ciselé le persil.

Versez un bouillon composé de 250 ml d’eau ,50 ml de vin blanc et de 30 ml de jus de citron,

 Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 3 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez la cuve au-dessus du saladier de semoule. Laissez gonfler la semoule, égrener la semoule.

Déposez dans le saladier, les morceaux de tomates, les morceaux d’échalote, les rondelles de concombre

Placez au frigo 2 bonnes heures avant dégustation
