Recette cookeo : longe façon bourguignon
Vous aimez les sauces au vin rouge ? Si tel est le cas vous n’allez pas être déçu avec cette recette cookeo au vin rouge .
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
1 longe de porc sans os (environ 800 g)
200 g de champignons de Paris congelés
100 g de carottes congelées
Huile d’olive
100 g d’ oignons congelés
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
2 cuillères à soupe de fécule de mais.
250 ml de vin rouge
Sel
Poivre
Préparation de ce bourguignon de porc
Fonction dorer
.Versez de l’huile d’olive dans la cuve .Faites dorer la longe.Réservez la longe de porc pour faire dorer les morceaux d’oignon .
Puis ajoutez les champignons et les carottes congelées dans la cuve.Redéposez la longe avec le reste des ingrédients .
Versez le vin rouge dans la cuve et 200 ml d’eau .Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance..
Cuisson rapide.
Arrêtez la fonction « dorer » et passer en cuisson rapide. (1 heure). Et départ immédiat. Fermez le couvercle.
Fin de cuisson
Réservez la longe pour la couper en tranches et faire épaissir la sauce .
Position dorer
.Ajoutez une cuillère à soupe de moutarde et 2 cuillères à soupe de fécule de mais, mélangez. Une fois la sauce épaissie ,déposez les tranches de longe dans la cuve puis laissez mijoter 5 mn .
Servez ensuite chaud avec des féculents de votre choix .
