Confiture pommes pêches recette cookeo

Ingrédients

300 g de pommes

300 g de sucre en poudre

20 ml de jus de citron

2 g d’agar agar

Préparation 

Lavez et coupez les pommes et les pêches en morceaux(enlever les noyaux)

Déposez dans la cuve les morceaux de pommes et de pêches

Ajoutez le sucre 

Ajoutez le sachet d’agar agar

Versez le jus de citron

Mélangez.

Laissez macérer une petite heure (facultatif)

Passez en mode dorer 

Remuez de temps en temps jusqu’à l’ébullition .

Quand la préparation arrive à ébullition, maintenez à ébullition pendant 10 mn tout en remuant.

Au bout de 10  mn arrêtez votre cookeo.

Mixez la préparation (facultatif)

Versez la confiture dans les pots. Vissez les couvercles et retournez les pots pour les rendre hermétiques.

Retournez à nouveau les pots quand ils sont froids et rangez-les ou consommez les .
