Poireaux pommes de terre weight watchers à la crème
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
1 jaune d’œuf
100 g d’oignons congelés
2 gousses d’ail coupées en morceaux
4 pommes de terre coupées en morceaux
400 g de poireaux congelés
2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche
Sel
Poivre
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
200 ml d’eau
1 cube de bouillon de bœuf
Préparation
Mode dorer
Versez 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive pour faire revenir les oignons ,l’ail ,
Ajoutez les poireaux puis les pommes de terre .
Versez un bouillon constitué d’eau et du cube de bouillon de bœuf.
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Cuisson rapide ou cuisson sous pression
Programmez 10 mn
Pendant la cuisson mélangez la crème fraîche avec le jaune d’œuf. (séparez le blanc du jaune )
Quand la cuisson est terminée versez votre sauce dans la cuve et mélangez .
