Courgettes carbonara cookeo
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
1200 g de courgettes
1 œuf
200 g de lardons
100 ml de crème fraîche
50 g de gruyère
1 cube de bouillon de bœuf
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde (facultatif)
Sel
Poivre
Préparation
Lavez et coupez les courgettes
Mélangez la crème et l’œuf battu. Salez et poivrez.
Placez les morceaux de courgettes dans la cuve.
Versez 200 ml d’eau et un cube de bouillon de bœuf émietté.
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 4 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez, rincez, essuyez votre cuve.
Replacez la cuve dans le cookeo .
Mode dorer
Déposez les lardons dans la cuve et laissez dorer pendant 3 mn puis ajoutez les courgettes et faites dorer pendant 3 mn.
Arrêtez votre cookeo .
Versez le mélange crème fraîche œuf moutarde et mélangez .
Saupoudrez de gruyère râpé, Mélangez et servez chaud
