Crème dessert chocolat cookeo style Danette

Un dessert réalisé au cookeo , une texture un peu plus compact qu’un dessert Danette mais qui y ressemble au goût . En tout cas un régal .

Ingrédients

30 g de maïzena

100 g de chocolat au lait

500 ml de lait entier

60 g de sucre en poudre

60 g de crème fraîche fluide

Préparation au cookeo

Mode dorer

Versez un peu de lait dans la cuve avec les carrés de chocolat. Faites fondre le chocolat.

Ajoutez le sucre quand le chocolat est fondu .

Aputez le crème fraîche et mélangez.

Ajoutez la maïzena que vous avez diluée dans un bol avec un peu d’eau tiède.

Ajoutez le lait .

Quand l’ensemble de la préparation a épaissi ,laissez à ébullition pendant 2 mn versez la préparation dans des pots ou un saladier

Laissez refroidir à l’air libre puis placer au frigo.

Préparation sans le cookeo

Versez un peu de lait dans une casserole avec les carrés de chocolat. Faites fondre le chocolat.

Ajoutez le sucre quand le chocolat est fondu .

Ajoutez le crème fraîche et mélangez.

Ajoutez la maïzena que vous avez diluée dans un bol avec un peu d’eau tiède.

Ajoutez le lait .

Quand l’ensemble de la préparation a épaissi ,laissez à ébullition pendant 2 mn versez la préparation dans des pots ou un saladier

Laissez refroidir à l’air libre puis placer au frigo.
