250 g de riz
6 knackis
1 tomate
1 cube de bouillon de volailles
1 cuillère à café de moutarde
2 cuillères à café de concentré de tomates
50 ml de vin blanc
450 ml d’eau
Sel
Poivre
Curry
Préparation
Préparez un bouillon avec 450 ml d’eau,50 ml de vin blanc, un cube de bouillon de volailles émietté et du curry
Coupez la tomate en morceaux
Coupez les knackis en morceaux
Déposez dans la cuve du cookeo le riz,les morceaux de tomates, les morceaux de knackis.
Versez le bouillon préparé .
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance
Cuisson sous pression ou cuisson rapide
Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de riz divisé par 2
Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez la moutarde et le concentré de tomates
Servez chaud
