Pâtes au chorizo recette cookeo

Ingrédients pour 1 personne

70 g de pâtes de votre choix

35 g de chorizo

1 cuillère à café de concentré de tomates 

40 g d’oignon congelés ou un oignon frais 

1 cuillère à café d’huile

300 ml d’eau

Pour 2,3 ou 4 personnes

multiplier la quantité de chorizo . Exemple 2 personnes 2X35 g. 

Ajoutez un peu d’oignon (pas trop)

Pour l’eau il faut recouvrir les pâtes 

Ajoutez 1 cuillère de concentré de tomates par personnes

Pour l’huile rajoutez juste une cuillère à café quelque soit le nombre (ce n’est pas la peine d’en mette trop car le chorizo fait rendre de la graisse)

Préparation 

Mode dorer

Versez l’huile dans la cuve 

Déposer les morceaux d’oignons et les rondelles de chorizo dans la cuve du cookeo et faites dorer

Ajoutez les pâtes

Versez l’eau (cela doit recouvrir les pâtes)

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression 

Programmer le temps indiqué sur le paquet de pâtes divisé par 2

Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez votre cuve s’il reste trop d’eau sinon ajoutez le concentré de tomates. Mélangez et servez chaud
