Pâtes au basilic weight watchers adaptée au cookeo

Voici une recette Weight Watchers proposée par notre site partenaire RECETTE 360. Cette recette proposée est réalisée de façon traditionnelle ; Je vais tenter de l’adapter théoriquement au cookeo . Si vous la réalisez dites moi ce que vous en avez pensé.

Préparation

Lavez les tomates .

Epluchez l’ail et dégermez .

Rincez le basilic.

Dans un mixeur déposez les tomates, les gousses d’ail dégermées.

Ajoutez ensuite dans le mixeur le basilic et le gruyère râpé. Mixez les ingrédients .Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Déposez les pâtes dans la cuve .Recouvrez d’eau .

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de pâtes divisé par 2.

Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez vos pâtes .

Redéposez les pâtes dans la cuve et versez la sauce préparée . Mélangez .

Servez chaud .

Autre possibilité

On peut aussi éventuellement repassez en mode dorer .Versez la sauce dans la cuve et portez à ébullition . Arrêtez ensuite le mode dorer et ajoutez les pâtes puis mélanger et servir chaud.
