Rôti dinde tomates recette cookeo
250 CALORIES 5 PP 1 SP
Ingrédients pour 5 personnes
1 rôti de dinde (800g)
1 grosse boite de tomates pelées
150 ml d’eau
50 ml de vin blanc
1 oignon
Sel
Poivre
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile
1 cube de bouillon de volaille
Préparation
Coupez l’oignon en morceaux
Préparez un bouillon avec 150 ml d’eau ,50 ml de vin blanc et un cube de bouillon de volaille.
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile d’olive dans la cuve. Quand l’huile est chaude faites dorer le rôti sur toutes ses faces.
Faites ensuite dorer les oignons .
Ajoutez les tomates pelées.
Versez le bouillon préparé dans la cuve.
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Cuisson sous pression ou cuisson rapide
Programmez 25 mn
Réservez le rôti pour le coupez en tranches.
Ajoutez au bouillon de cuisson la moutarde et le miel . Mélangez.
Déposez les tranches de rôti dans la cuve et laissez en mode dorer 4 à 5 mn .(pour ceux qui ont la fonction mijoter vous pouvez l’utiliser)
