Spaghettis bourguignonne cookeo
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
240 g de spaghettis
1 cuillère à soupe de moutarde
2 cuillères à café de concentré de tomates
Sel
Poivre
300 g de viande à bourguignon
200 g de carottes congelées
200 g de champignons de Paris congelés
100 g d’oignons congelés
1 verre de vin rouge
300 ml d’eau
Huile d’olive
1 cube de bouillon de bœuf
Préparation
Mode dorer
Versez de l’huile dans la cuve puis faites revenir les oignons et les morceaux de viande.
Ajoutez les carottes et les champignons de Paris.
Versez le verre de vin rouge et un bouillon (200 ml d’eau et un cube de bouillon de bœuf)
Poivrez. Ajoutez une cuillère café de concentré de tomates.
Cuisson rapide ou cuisson sous pression
Faites cuire dans un premier 10 mn, la viande, les carottes, les oignons, les champignons.
Ouvrez votre cookeo quand les 10 mn sont terminées puis ajoutez les spaghettis coupées en 2 avec 100 ml d’eau.
Programmez à nouveau le cookeo pour 5 minutes de cuisson rapide.( temps de cuisson des spaghettis indiqué sur le paquet divisé par 2)
