Tomates farcies aubergines cookeo et extra crisp ou four
Cette recette utilise le Cookeo en cuisson sous pression ou cuisson rapide et ensuite soit le couvercle extra crisp ou le four
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
150 g de viande hachée de bœuf
4 tomates
1 aubergine
Sel
Poivre
2 cuillères à café d’origan
300 ml d’eau
Préparation
Coupez des chapeaux sur la tomate et évidez les tomates. (Conservez la chair).
Déposez la viande hachée dans un saladier.
Coupez l’aubergines en 2. Déposez les aubergines dans la cuve du Cooke.
Ajoutez 300 ml d’eau
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 7 mn de cuisson.
Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez la cuve et passez sous l’eau les aubergines.
Prélevez la chair des aubergines et mélangez avec la viande hachée.
. Ajoutez l’origan, le sel et poivre et mélangez.
Garnissez les tomates évidées et redéposez les chapeaux
Placez les tomates dans la cuve ou dans un moule qui va dans le Cooke. Ajoutez la chair des tomates
Placez le couvercle extra crisp sur la cuve du cookeo.
Programmez 30 mn à 180°
Servez chaud avec du riz par exemple
