Tomates farcies cookeo style weight watchers

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

4 tomates à farcir

300 gr de viande hachée

150 gr de jambon blanc.

Sel, poivre,

Persil

Curry

2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche

200 ml d’eau

Préparez la farce en mélangeant la viande hachée et le jambon blanc que vous avez haché.

Ajoutez l’œuf et la crème fraîche .Mélangez

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Saupoudrez de curry et de persil déshydraté.

Faites des chapeaux avec les tomates et evidez -les .

Garnissez les tomates de farce .

Déposez les tomates garnies dans la cuve puis versez 200 ml d’eau .

Si vous le souhaitez vous pouvez faire cuire du riz en même temps en déposant le riz dans la cuve avant de déposer les tomates. Il faudra alors mettre 400 ml d’eau au lieu de 200 ml

Préparer la farce en mélangeant 300 gr de viande hachée et 150 gr de jambon blanc. Ajouter sel, poivre, épices, beaucoup de persil et de ciboulette, 1 gousse d’ail haché, 1 blanc d’œuf et 1 cuillerée à soupe de fromage blanc à 0%. Faire revenir légèrement la farce à la poêle. Evidez les tomates et les remplir de farce.
