Tartiflette à ma façon cookeo et extra crisp
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
800 g de pommes de terre
200 g de fromage à tartiflette
150 g de lardons
100 g de dés de jambon
100 ml de vin blanc
300 ml d’eau
Préparation
Epluchez, lavez et coupez vos pommes de terre.
Découpez le fromage en tranches
Mode dorer
Déposez les lardons et les dés de jambon dans la cuve du cookeo pour les faire dorer.
Déposez les pommes de terre dans la cuve.
Versez 300 ml d’eau.
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 5 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez la cuve
Déposez les pommes de terre les lardons les dés de jambon dans un plat qui va au four .
Versez le vin blanc sur les ingrédients.
Déposez le fromage coupé en tranche.
Déposez le plat dans la cuve du cookeo
Installez le couvercle extra crisp de cookeo . (ou utilisez un four )
Programmez 180 ° pendant 15 à 20 mn(surveillez de temps en temps la cuisson)
Servez chaud
