Thé glacé citron recette cookeo

Voilà dans cet article une recette rafraîchissante. Cette recette est une recette traditionnelle adaptée au cookeo . Vous pouvez rajouter du sucre si vous trouvez la boisson trop acide.

Ingrédients

2 l d’eau

2 sachets de thé vert

1 citron jaune

1 citron vert

70 ml de pulco

3 cuillères à soupe de sucre en poudre

3 cuillères à soupe de sucre de canne

1 cuillère à soupe de miel

Cuisson rapide ou cuisson sous pression

Versez 2 l d’eau dans la cuve avec des rondelles de citron vert et jaune. (Gardez 2 rondelles de citron pour la décoration). Ajoutez le sucre dans la cuve et mélangez.

Arrêtez votre Cookeo et plongez les 2 sachets de thé dans la cuve et laisser infusez.

Ajoutez la cuillère à soupe de miel

Quand le thé est refroidi, placez le dans un pichet au frigo. Vous pouvez placez le pichet au congélateur pendant 15 mn avant de servir

Servez frais avec des glaçons.
