Tomates farcies extra crisp cookeo
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
350 g de viande hachée de porc
4 tomates
1 oignon
10 g de mie de pain rassis
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
60 ml de Lait
Sel
Poivre
2 cuillères à café de persil déshydraté
Préparation
Coupez des chapeaux sur la tomate et évidez les tomates. (Conservez la chair pour faire du coulis).
Coupez l’oignon en morceaux
Mettez la mie de pain rassis dans un saladier avec 60 ml lait pour la ramollir
Déposez la viande hachée dans un saladier. Mélangez avec le pain.
Ajoutez l’oignon coupé en morceaux.
Saupoudrez avec le persil.
Ajoutez les 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
.Mélangez tous les ingrédients et garnissez les tomates avec cette farce.
Placez les tomates dans la cuve du cookeo.
Placez le couvercle extra crisp sur la cuve du cookeo.
Programmez 40 mn à 180°
Servez chaud avec du riz par exemple
