Tomates farcies riz recette cookeo
Ingrédients pour 5 personnes
300 g de riz
5 tomates
300 g de viande hachée
1 cuillère à soupe de concentré de tomates
Persil
1 petit verre de vin blanc
300 ml d’eau
Sel
Poivre
1 oignon
Préparation
Découpez des chapeaux pour les tomates. Enlever la chair pour vider vos tomates.
Hachez l’oignon puis hachez la chair de tomates.
Mélangez dans un saladier la viande hachée avec l’oignon et la chair de tomates. Mélangez ;
Salez, poivrez, saupoudrez de persil.
Ajoutez la cuillère à soupe de concentré de tomates. Versez la moitié du verre de vin blanc et mélangez.
Garnissez vos tomates de l’ensemble de la préparation. Reposez les chapeaux.
Versez le riz dans la cuve. Déposez ensuite les tomates.
Versez l’eau et le reste du verre de vin blanc.

Programmez 5 mn (le temps indiqué sur le paquet de riz divisé par 2)
Servez chaud
