Tomates provençales extra crisp cookeo
Ingrédients
4 tomates
2 biscottes ou chapelure
Quelques feuilles de persil
4 gousses d’ail
8 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
Sel
Poivre
Eau
Préparation
Lavez les tomates et coupez-les en 2.
Versez un peu d’eau dans un moule qui va dans la cuve du Cookeo
Disposez les tomates dans le moule.
Salez les tomates et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Passez au hachoir les gousses d’ail, le persil et les biscottes. Ajoutez de l’huile dans le bol du hachoir et mélangez.
Déposez sur chaque tomate la préparation ail/persil /biscottes / huile.
Déposez le moule dans la cuve du Cookeo.
Placez le couvercle extra crisp sur la cuve du Cookeo et programmez 180° pour 30 mn.
Quand la cuisson est terminée servez avec des pâtes et du riz par exemple
