Velouté carottes pommes de terre bière au cookeo

Ingrédients

500 g de carottes

200 g de pomme de terre

200 ml de bière

500 ml d’eau

1 cube de bouillon de légumes

Ciboulette déshydratée

Sel

Poivre

Préparation

Préparez un bouillon avec 500 ml d’eau ,100 ml de vin blanc et un cube de bouillon de légumes emietté

Coupez les carottes en morceaux après les avoir épluchées.

Epluchez, passez sous l’eau les pommes de terre et coupez-les en morceaux.

Déposez les morceaux de légumes dans la cuve du Cookeo

Versez le bouillon préparé dans la cuve 

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance

Saupoudrez de ciboulette déshydratée

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 7 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée passez au mixeur soit directement dans la cuve soit dans un récipient

 Servez chaud

Pour les plus gourmands pourquoi pas un peu de crème fraîche.
