Velouté carottes pommes de terre bière au cookeo

Ingrédients

300 g de carottes

200 g de pomme de terre

200ml de bière

Eau pour recouvrir les légumes

Sel

Poivre

1 oignon

Préparation

Coupez l’oignon en morceaux et hachez-le éventuellement.

Coupez les carottes en morceaux après les avoir épluchées.

Epluchez, passez sous l’eau les pommes de terre et coupez-les en morceaux.

Déposez les morceaux de légumes et l’oignon haché dans la cuve.

Versez les 200 ml de bière puis versez de l’eau afin de recouvrir l’ensemble des ingrédients.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 7 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée passez au mixeur soit directement dans la cuve soit dans un récipient

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance. Servez chaud

Pour les plus gourmands pourquoi pas un peu de crème fraîche.
