Tarte aux pommes extra crisp cookeo

L’extra crisp c’est en quelque sorte la transformation de votre Cookeo en mini four. Alors je vous propose cette recette de tarte au mini format de 20 cms.

Ingrédients

1 pâte brisée

2 pommes 

sachet de sucre vanillé

1 pot de compote

Préparation

Déposez le couvercle extra crisp sur la cuve du Cookeo, faites préchauffer à 180°

Coupez vos pommes en quartier.

Découpez la pâte  brisée à la dimension de votre moule (ici 20 cms)

Piquez la pâte

Répartissez la compote sur la pâte.

Déposez les quartiers de pommes en les chevauchant

Soulevez le couvercle extra crisp puis déposez votre moule dans la cuve cookeo.

Cuisson 

Programmez 30 mn à 180°

Si cela ne suffit pas rajoutez du  temps . Surveillez toutes les 10 mn environ

Cuisses poulet tomates cookeo extra crisp

Ingrédients pour 2 cuisses de poulet 

2 cuisses de poulet 

2 cuillères à soupe de moutarde 

100 ml de vin blanc  

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive 

1 petite boite de tomates pelées

1 cuillère à soupe d’huile

Herbes de Provence

Sel 

Poivre 

Préparation 

Versez la cuillère à soupe d’huile dans la cuve 

Déposez le couvercle sur la cuve du cookeo.

Faites préchauffer à 200°pendant 5 mn 

Dans un bol mélangez la moutarde ,le vin blanc , l’huile d’olive ,les herbes de Provence.

Salez et poivrez 

Badigeonnez les cuisses de poulet avec la marinade

Cuisson 

Programmez 30 mn à 200°

A la moitié du temps de cuisson ,retournez les cuisses de poulet et badigeonnez avec la marinade.

Poursuivez la cuisson 

Quand la cuisson est terminée ,ajoutez les tomates pelées et reprogrammez 5 mn à 200°

Servez chaud avec des féculents par exemple

700 g de pommes de terre 

3 cuillères à soupe d’huile  

Sel 

Poivre 

Préparation  

Epluchez, passez sous l’eau les pommes de terre et coupez-les en morceaux. 

Essuyez les morceaux de pommes de terre. 

Déposez les pommes de terre dans un saladier puis versez 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile et mélangez. 

Versez une cuillère à soupe d’huile dans la cuve du cookeo. 

Ajoutez les pommes de terre. 

Cuisson

Déposez le couvercle extra crisp Cookeo sur la cuve. 

Programmez 200° pendant 30 mn. 

Toutes les 5 mn, ôtez le couvercle et mélangez les pommes de terre. 

Quand la cuisson est terminée salez et poivrez selon votre convenance

Préparation

Dans un récipient versez l’huile, saupoudrez avec le curry. Ajoutez le basilic et mélangez ;

A l’aide d’un pinceau badigeonnez votre poulet avec la préparation.

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance

Cuisson

Sélectionnez le menu 1. « Rôtir ». Le couvercle extra crisp vous propose de base 45 mn. Vous pouvez augmenter le temps de cuisson.

Pour ma part j’au un poulet de 1,3 kg je programme 50 mn.
