Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
1 kg de courgettes
600 g de pommes de terre
Sel
Poivre
Herbes de Provence
Huile pour la plancha
Préparation
Passez sous l’eau les courgettes et coupez-les en morceaux.
Epluchez les pommes de terre, passez les sous l’eau et coupez-les en morceaux.
Faites précuire vos légumes dans un robot cuiseur style cookeo ou autre ou dans un faitout. Les légumes doivent rester fermes
Pour la cuisson au cookeo suivez ce lien pour le détail de la cuisson
Démarrez votre plancha et huilez-la.
Quand l’huile est chaude déposez les morceaux de pommes de terre et de courgettes pour commencer la cuisson.
Saupoudrez d’herbes de Provence. Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Vous pouvez si vous le souhaitez ajoutez du piment d’Espelette.
Mélangez de temps en temps jusqu’à obtenir la cuisson désiré (il faut compter au moins 5 mn)
