250 g d’asperges

De l’eau pour recouvrir

Préparation

Epluchez les asperges avec un économe en partant de la pointe pour aller vers le talon .

Coupez la partie dure du talon .

Passez les asperges sous l’eau .

Déposez les asperges dans la cuve . Recouvrez d’eau.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 10 mn

Vous pouvez aussi utiliser la fonction Ingrédients et Légumes. Avec cette fonction les asperges sont déposées dans le panier vapeur et 200 ml d’eau sont nécessaires dans la cuve .Il vous suffit de vous laissez guider par les instructions du cookeo.

Quand les asperges sont cuites laisser refroidir à l’air libre puis 2 h au frigo.
