Moules safran recette cookeo

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

1 litre de moules

2 gousses d’ail

2 échalotes

200 g de crème fraîche

Thym déshydraté

Persil congelé ciselé

100 ml de vin blanc

100 ml d’eau

1 demi dose de safran ou 3 filaments de safran

Huile d’olive

Préparation

Coupez l’ail en gros morceaux.

Coupez les échalotes en morceaux .

Mode dorer

Versez de l’huile d’olive dans la cuve et faites revenir les morceaux d’ail et d’échalote.

Versez le vin blanc et l’eau dans la cuve .

Salez, poivrez, saupoudrez de thym. Ajoutez le persil.

Ajoutez les moules dans la cuve.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 5 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée réservez les moules en conservant le jus de cuisson (égouttoir plus saladier par exemple)

Reversez le jus dans la cuve puis ajoutez la crème et le safran .Mélangez.

Redéposez les moules dans la cuve,mélangez et et servez chaud
