Riz poulet citron recette cookeo

Ingrédients pour 4 personnes

300 g de riz

400 g d’escalopes de poulet

300 g de champignons de Paris frais ou congelés ou en boite

1 cube de bouillon de bœuf

1 oignon

30 ml de jus de citron

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d ‘olive

Sel

Poivre

Eau pour recouvrir

Préparation*

Coupez le poulet et l’oignon en morceaux

Mode dorer

Versez l’huile dans la cuve. Quand l’huile est chaude faites dorer vos morceaux d’oignon puis les morceaux de poulet .

Ajoutez le riz  et les champignons de Paris dans la cuve.

Versez de l’eau pour recouvrir les ingrédients  et emiettez le cube de bouillon de bœuf

Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de riz divisé par 2

Quand la cuisson est terminée, ouvrez votre Cookeo . Egouttez la cuve si nécessaire.

Ajoutez le jus de citron ,mélangez et servez chaud.
