Salade poireaux vinaigrette recette cookeo
Ingrédients pour 2 personnes
500 g de poireaux
6 cuillères à soupe d’huile de votre choix
1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre
1 cuillère à café de moutarde
1 échalote
Sel
Poivre
400 ml d’eau
Préparation
Passez les poireaux sous l’eau et coupez les en tronçons
Coupez l’échalote en morceaux.
Lavez votre persil et passez le au hachoir avec l’échalote.
Préparez votre vinaigrette en mélangeant l’huile, ,le vinaigre,la cuillère de moutarde.
Ajoutez ensuite l’échalote et le persil haché
Déposez les tronçons de poireaux dans la cuve du Cookeo.
Versez 400 ml d’eau .
Salez
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez 10 mn
Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez les tronçons depoireaux et passez les sous l’eau .
Déposez les tronçons de poireaux dans un saladier .
Mettez votre saladier au frigo 2 bonnes heures.
Sortez le saladier au moment de déguster .
Mélangez la vinaigrette avec les poireaux .
