Salade pommes de terre carottes cookeo

Ingrédients

600 g de pommes de terre

200 g de carottes congelées ou fraiches

5 cuillères à soupe de mayonnaise

Sel

Poivre

1 cuillère à soupe de vinaigre

300 ml d’eau

1 demi concombre

Préparation

Passez la moitié de concombre sous l’eau et coupez-le en fines rondelles.

Epluchez les pommes de terre, passez les sous l’eau et coupez-les en morceaux.

Coupez les carottes en rondelles si ce sont des carottes fraîches

Mélangez les cuillères de mayonnaise avec le vinaigre.

Déposez les morceaux de pommes de terre et les rondelles de carottes dans la cuve du Cookeo.

Salez et poivrez.

Versez 300 ml d’eau

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez 5 mn

Quand la cuisson est terminée égouttez votre cuve.

Passez les pommes de terre et les carottes sous l’eau.

Déposez-les en suite dans un saladier. Laissez refroidir à l’air libre puis ajoutez les rondelles de concombre et placez le saladier au frigo au moins 2 h.

Sortez le saladier et ajoutez le mélange mayonnaise vinaigre et servez.
