Salade riz truite fumée recette cookeo

Ingrédients

200 g de riz

250 g de tomates cerises

Sel

Poivre

500 ml d’eau

60 g de fromage Boursin ou équivalent

30 ml de citron

Préparation

Rincez le riz et égouttez-le

Coupez les tomates cerises en 2

Coupez les tranches de truite fumée en morceaux

Versez le riz égoutté dans la cuve.

Ajoutez l’eau.

Cuisson rapide ou sous pression

Programmez le temps indiqué sur l paquet de riz divisé par 2

Quand le riz est cuit égouttez le, déposez le dans un saladier puis laissez refroidir à l’air libre puis au frigo pendant au moins 1 h.

Sortez le saladier du frigo puis ajoutez le fromage, les morceaux de truite fumée et le jus de citron. Mélangez.

Ajoutez les tomates cerises coupées en 2. Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance. Mélangez et servez
