Tarte aux pommes extra crisp cookeo
L’extra crisp c’est en quelque sorte la transformation de votre Cookeo en mini four. Alors je vous propose cette recette de tarte au mini format de 20 cms.
Ingrédients
1 pâte brisée
2 pommes
sachet de sucre vanillé
1 pot de compote
Préparation
Déposez le couvercle extra crisp sur la cuve du Cookeo, faites préchauffer à 180°
Coupez vos pommes en quartier.
Découpez la pâte brisée à la dimension de votre moule (ici 20 cms)
Piquez la pâte
Répartissez la compote sur la pâte.
Déposez les quartiers de pommes en les chevauchant
Soulevez le couvercle extra crisp puis déposez votre moule dans la cuve cookeo.
Cuisson
Programmez 30 mn à 180°
Si cela ne suffit pas rajoutez du temps . Surveillez toutes les 10 mn environ
