Riz dinde curry recette cookeo
Ingrédients pour 4 personnes
400 g d’escalopes de dinde
300 g de riz
1 oignon ou 50 g d’oignons congelés
2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
2 cuillères à café de concentré de tomates
1 cuillère à café de moutarde
1 petite boite de tomates pelées
100 ml de vin blanc
Eau pour recouvrir les ingrédients(500 ml environ)
Sel
Poivre
Curry
1 cube de bouillon de boeuf
Préparation
Passez le riz sous l’eau
Epluchez et coupez l’oignon en morceaux.
Mélangez le concentré de tomates et la moutarde dans un récipient
Coupez les escalopes de dinde en morceaux
Mode dorer
Versez l’huile dans la cuve et faites dorer les morceaux d’oignons et de dinde quand l’huile est chaude.
Saupoudrez de curry .
Ajoutez la boite de tomates pelées
Versez 100 ml de vin blanc.
Emiettez un cube de bouillon de bœuf
Salez et poivrez selon votre convenance.
Recouvrez le riz avec de l’eau
Cuisson rapide ou sous pression
Programmez le temps indiqué sur le paquet de riz divisé par 2
Quand la cuisson est terminée ajoutez le concentré de tomates. Mélangez.
